About Us

Our history

Our story began in 1994, when two passionate adventurers founded Baja Outdoor Activities (BOA) with the goal of offering expeditions to remote locations in sea kayaks. Today, three decades later, now as INDÔMITO, we remain true to our adventurous spirit, evolving to take you to pristine and untamed destinations where every experience becomes an unforgettable adventure.

Our purpose is to transform people's environmental perspective through outdoor activities.

We specialize in building moments that bring people closer to nature, allowing them to connect with it and hoping to generate in each explorer a deeper desire to protect our natural environments.

Our community

Traveling with a local company ensures that your investment has an impact in Baja California Sur, where we have lived and worked for 30 years.

Behind every trip there is an effort to create lasting relationships with a focus on sustainability.

Promoting the development of the local community is one of our pillars. Therefore, during our trips, we make sure to consume seasonal foods purchased directly from producers in La Paz and its surroundings. Additionally, in each destination we visit, we consume in local establishments, thereby supporting family businesses located in remote places.

We support environmental agencies that work hard to protect the national parks and biosphere reserves in which we operate.

At INDÔMITO, we are committed to local talent: our captains, cooks, guides, and maintenance and office staff are, for the most part, residents of La Paz or nearby communities.

We value the loyalty of those who visit us and continue to return over the years. They are an essential part of our community, whose constant evolution inspires us to explore new horizons and continue growing together.

By joining our expeditions you will be part of a community of explorers passionate about adventure and nature. All the people who join our experiences not only discover the positive impacts of our trips, but in the end they become authentic “ambassadors” of nature.

We all make the community. We invite you to be part of it.
